Come join the Greystone Golf and Country Club Food & Beverage Team as a Food Runner! You will help provide our members and guests with a premier club experience by creating a wonderful dining experience. Essential Functions: • Fills water glasses, preparing and refilling beverages as needed • Delivers bread to tables • Clears tables of dishes, utensils, and glassware • Resets tables • Polishes and roll silverware • Cleans & maintain service areas in the dining room and kitchen • Retrieves items requested by the members and guests • Delivers food to tables while following appropriate service rules • Responds to members' requests and complaints properly • Arranges dining room according to floor plan • Ensures that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies • Completes other tasks to assist the team in delivering a positive member experience Requirements: • Sense of urgency and a smile in a fast-paced environment • Related experience preferred but not required • Knowledge/willing to learn of proper food handling procedures • Ability to stand for extended periods of time • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds • Ability to work as part of a team • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
