Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.This position is responsible for providing prompt, friendly and courteous service of food and beverage to our guests in the fine dining restaurants. Essential functions include describing all specials and items on the menu, interacting with guests to take drink and food orders, communicating with the kitchen for food ordering, ensuring prompt delivery of food to the guest's table utilizing the runner (if applicable), having working knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and food that is served at the property, handling all checks and cash according to Standard Operating Procedures, assisting other servers to give the best possible service, monitoring all tables in the designated station to ensure superior guest service, ensuring safety, cleanliness and customer satisfaction, attending all meetings as assigned, and other job related duties as assigned.
