Line Cook Supervisor (FT) - Midway

• Supervise daily kitchen line operations and ensure all food meets Cubby's standards.
• Monitor product quality, portion control, and presentation on every plate.
• Check prep levels, labeling, rotation (FIFO), and log any waste.
• Maintain proper cooking and holding temperatures for all items.
• Ensure all equipment is properly set up, maintained, and cleaned throughout the day.
• Train and coach line staff on techniques, food safety, and procedures.
• Communicate with the Kitchen Manager, Assistant Line Manager, and service team to keep meal periods running smoothly.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Assist with deep cleaning, inventory, and prep organization.
• Lead by example with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.

1. Must be 18 years or older
2. Current Food Handler's Permit
3. 1-2 years restaurant experience (line cook or supervisory preferred - but if you're awesome, we'll train you)
4. Strong communication and leadership skills
5. Reliable, organized, and ready to have fun - because fun is non-negotiable
