We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Sous Chef specializing in Turkish Cuisine for an exciting opportunity with a leading international hospitality and culinary organization in Queens, New York / JFK.
We're looking for someone with strong knowledge of authentic Turkish cuisine, excellent culinary skills, and a passion for creating exceptional food experiences.
Position: Sous Chef - Turkish Cuisine
Salary:$80,000-$110,000 + benefits (based on experience)
Location: Queens, NY / JFK
The successful candidate will contribute expertise in Turkish flavors, cooking techniques, menu development and presentation, while supporting the creation of sauces, fillings, garnishes, and other high-quality culinary components.
