The Restaurant Manager will:
Have 3+ years of fine-dining management experience (Steakhouse experience a MUST!)
Have high-volume experience ($10 Million/annually at least!)
Ensure the utmost quality and consistency in food and service
Have a passion for building, training, and leading a strong team
Maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals
The Sous Chef will:
Have 3+ years of fine-dining management experience (Steakhouse experience a MUST!)
Have high-volume experience ($10 Million/annually at least!)
Have scratch kitchen experience
Ensure the utmost quality and consistency in food and service
Have a passion for building, training, and leading a strong team
Maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals
