We are seeking a talented, passionate Sous Chef to join the culinary team of a premier upscale Italian restaurant in Boulder, CO.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Sous Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
• Strong background in upscale Italian cuisine or fine dining
• Experience in high-volume, scratch kitchens
• Knowledge of fresh pasta, seasonal ingredients, and elevated culinary techniques
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a culinary team
• Strong understanding of food costs, inventory, sanitation, and kitchen operations
• Passion for consistency, creativity, and exceptional food presentation
