Our senior living community is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary department. This is more than a restaurant job-it's an opportunity to create memorable dining experiences for residents who call our community home.
What You'll Do
Lead and inspire the culinary team in preparing exceptional, restaurant-quality meals.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety.
Manage food and labor costs while maintaining budget goals.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop kitchen staff.
Collaborate with leadership, nursing, and life enrichment teams to accommodate resident preferences, and community events.
Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Culinary Director.
Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, country clubs, or upscale dining preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for creating outstanding dining experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading by example.
