Taboni is a family-run kosher brick-oven pizza restaurant on Ventura Blvd in Tarzana, and we're growing. We're looking for an experienced full-time Restaurant Manager to run day-to-day operations with the owners.
What you'll do: lead shifts and the team (kitchen + front of house), own the guest experience, handle scheduling, opening/closing, cash and inventory basics, keep quality and kosher standards tight, and help us grow catering and late-night business.
What we're looking for: real restaurant management experience (pizza or fast-casual a plus), a hands-on leader who works the floor, reliable and organized, evening and weekend availability.
