At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a hardworking and reliable Barback to join our Food & Beverage team. In this vital support role, you will be the backbone of our bar operations-ensuring our bartenders have everything they need to succeed by keeping stations fully stocked, clean, and organized so we can deliver exceptional service to every guest.
What You'll Do:
- Set up and stock the bar with necessary supplies, including beer, wine, spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware and work surfaces.
- Assist bartenders during busy periods by replenishing supplies, fetching bottles, and pouring drinks.
- Collect empty glasses and bottles and restock as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to supply needs.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Assist with other tasks, including dishwashing or kitchen operations, as needed.
What You'll Need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktails is a plus.
