Assistant General Manager Sports Bar & Restaurant
Hagerstown, MD $75,000 Base Salary
Game nights don't run themselves. We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead a high-energy sports bar and restaurant.
You'll partner with the GM on daily operations, oversee FOH and BOH, and build a team that performs on packed nights and slow Tuesdays alike. You'll own the guest experience and drive sales, labor, and cost results.
