As a Line Cook, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to our menu offerings in a casual dining atmosphere. Daily Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Ensure proper plate presentation and food preparation Work with a variety of cooking techniques including pasta, scratch cooking, wok, broiling, saut ing, and more Practice portion control and maintain food quality throughout the cooking process Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet customer needs and dietary restrictions Required Skills: Menu Planning: Ability to create and execute menu plans Plate Presentation: Skill in presenting dishes attractively Scratch Cooking: Experience in preparing dishes from scratch Wok: Proficiency in using a wok for cooking Portion Control: Understanding of portion sizes and control Nice to Have Skills: Degree in Culinary Arts Batch Cooking a la carte Experience Sauce Making Special Diets Knowledge Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $32,000.00 Maximum Salary: $40,000.00 Health Insurance benefits provided Company Information: Banded Rooster Bar & Grill is a restaurant offering a variety of American cuisine and beverages in a casual dining atmosphere.
