As a Food Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and enjoy delicious meals in a welcoming atmosphere. Daily Responsibilities: Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and servers Ensure that all dishes meet quality standards before being served Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to maintain a smooth flow of service Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of food orders Required Skills: Guest Service: Providing exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction Food and Beverage Management: Understanding of food and beverage operations Loyalty Marketing: Implementing strategies to build customer loyalty Sanitation: Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in a food service setting Baking: Experience in baking and pastry preparation Nice to Have Skills: Food Preparation Food Safety Point-of-Sale System Long-Term Disability Cooking Company Information: At The Carrington, we believe positive living helps residents remain as self-reliant as possible-even when health challenges arise.
