Host / Hostess
We're looking for someone who can control the flow, set the tone, and keep the energy of the restaurant running smoothly from the moment guests walk in. This is not just a "greeting" position - our hosts are the first impression of the restaurant and a key part of delivering an organized, high-energy guest experience.
What You'll Do:
• Greet and seat guests with confidence and professionalism
• Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate with servers and management to maintain smooth table flow
• Handle guest concerns with composure and great customer service
• Answer phones, manage takeout orders, and communicate clearly with the team
• Maintain a clean, organized front entrance and host stand
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere while keeping service moving efficiently
What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work fast without losing accuracy
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Restaurant experience preferred, but we value personality, work ethic, and reliability most
