Position Overview:
The Host / Hostess is the first and last impression of our brand. This role is responsible for setting the tone, managing guest flow, and maintaining composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
We are seeking polished, confident, and highly organized individuals who can balance warmth with structure while controlling the flow of service.
Core Responsibilities
Guest Experience:
• Greet and acknowledge all guests with professionalism and energy
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently
• Maintain accurate seating charts and table rotation
• Communicate clearly with Floor Managers and service team
• Assist with VIP accommodations and special event check-ins
• Ensure guest transitions are smooth from entry to exit
Operational Support:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand
• Monitor dining room flow and pacing
• Provide accurate wait time estimates
• Support team during peak hours when necessary
• Uphold brand appearance standards
Qualifications:
• 1+ year experience in hospitality preferred
• Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and late nights
• Experience with reservation platforms (OpenTable, Resy, Toast) is a plus
