Now Hiring: - Baristas - Counter Team Members - Line Cook - Prep Cook NEW Location: - Tatte Bakery & Cafe - Ashburn, VA - Opening Soon! Pay Ranges: - Line Cook: $19 to $23 per hour - Prep Cook: $18.75 to $22 per hour - Barista: $15 to $16.75 /hr + TIPS (typically $20-24/hr+, including tips) - Counter Team Member: $12.80 to $14.30 /hr + TIPS (typically $20-24/hr+, including tips) - Pay rate is determined by prior experience. Tatte front-of-house team members welcome and care for guests in our cafes. Baristas and Counter Team Members will have a working knowledge of all Tatte products, delivering delicious drinks, savory dishes and pastries, operating the point-of-sale register, and keeping a clean and organized workspace. Our back-of-house Team Members make all our dishes from scratch, with a deep commitment to uncompromising quality and craftsmanship. They are passionate about food and genuine hospitality, and work together as a team to prepare dishes in accordance with Tatte guidelines to ensure the highest quality while adhering to specific recipe and sanitation standards.
