Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring an efficient kitchen operation. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

• Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.

• Monitor food inventory and notify management of shortages or supply needs.

• Properly store food items and ingredients to maintain freshness and prevent waste.

• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.

• Support special events, catering orders, and seasonal menu preparations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook, Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role preferred.

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.

• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
