Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Server to provide excellent dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.

Present menus, answer questions, and make menu recommendations.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.

Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns in a timely manner.

Process payments and provide accurate bills and receipts.

Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.

Assist with setting up and closing dining areas.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.

Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, or in a customer service role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
