Job Description
Adecco Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team at a gold mining encampment outside of Yellow Pine, ID. This position plays a key role in preparing and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Pay: $19/hr. + OT
Schedule: Rotation is 20 days on, and 10 days off. Room, board and meals are provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
- Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies and equipment before each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Monitor food quality and ensure proper cooking temperatures and presentation.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food inventory.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
- Support other team members as needed during busy service hours.
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or in a similar role required.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, recipes, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
