What You'll Do As Executive Chef, you'll be responsible for culinary vision, execution, and success of the restaurant, including: Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing culinary team Creating memorable specials, daily features, and seasonal offerings that showcase creativity and fine dining excellence Ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation across every plate Managing food and kitchen costs while maintaining the highest standards Overseeing inventory, purchasing, and waste reduction initiatives Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully compliant kitchen environment Driving operational excellence during service while fostering a positive team culture Coordinating special events, private dining experiences, banquets, and catering functions Training and coaching team members on culinary techniques, food safety, and service standards Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the guest experience and strengthen the Station 45 brand What We're Looking For Proven Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or senior culinary leadership experience in an upscale or fine dining environment Deep knowledge of steakhouse cuisine, modern cooking techniques, and menus Strong business acumen with experience managing food costs, budgets, and inventory controls Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen operations Experience with banquets, catering, or large-scale events is highly valued Ability to perform and lead under pressure in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment A creative mindset combined with a commitment to consistency and execution Why Join Station 45?
