As a Line Cook at Lina's Restaurant, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and contribute to our menu of delectable dishes. Requirement: Breakfast Experience Is Required Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring seasonal and fresh ingredients are utilized Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during service hours Handle food items safely, following proper food handling techniques Execute meal preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and cooking various ingredients Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Participate in catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry American breakfast experience Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods Familiarity with dietary department operations and dietary aide responsibilities is a plus Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal presentation Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff American Breakfast Launch and Diner Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $18 - $25 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
