A high-volume, campus-based fast-casual Mediterranean concept is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations. This role offers significant leadership responsibility, strong earning potential, and a unique seasonal schedule with extended off-season flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Operations
- Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations.
- Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and operational efficiencies.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant staff.
- Build a culture of accountability and hospitality.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance.
Financial Performance
- Maintain full P&L responsibility.
- Control labor, food costs, and operating expenses.
- Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Guest Experience
- Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain high standards for hospitality and operational execution.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
- 2+ years managing supervisors, managers, or large hourly teams.
- Strong leadership, financial, and operational skills.
- Experience in high-volume fast-casual or QSR environments preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000-$85,000 annually.
