Duties and Responsibilities:
- Open and/or close the restaurant to include prep, cleaning, re-stock, or counting cash drawer
- Execute and/or mentor staff on daily preparation to ensure food safety standards
- Execute and/or mentor staff on cooking of menu items while maintaining quality and cleanliness
- Execute and/or mentor staff on packaging of menu items and ensuring orders are prompt and correct
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Help maintain and track inventory of food supply and ingredients
- Train, manage, and conduct periodic performance reviews of staff
- Adhere and coach staff to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with Delivery Platforms (DoorDash, UberEats, etc) and Toast POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
