Compensation: $67,000 - $82,000 per year + benefits

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service
- Lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Maintain exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and operational excellence
- Uphold stringent food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Drive team performance through coaching, training, and accountability

What You Bring
- Experience: Previous restaurant management experience (Assistant Manager level or higher preferred)
- Education: Associate degree in hospitality, restaurant management, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Leadership: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Hospitality Mindset: A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Operations Knowledge: Understanding of both FOH and BOH functions is a plus
- Certifications: ServSafe and Allergy Certifications required
- Availability: Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and 10-hour shifts
