What You'll Do- Lead and develop back-of-house team members
- Manage daily kitchen operations
- Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Control food, labor, and inventory costs
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Recruit, train, and retain kitchen talent
- Partner with restaurant leadership to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Drive operational excellence and accountability throughout the kitchen
- 2+ years of Kitchen Manager experience
- High-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Strong understanding of food cost and labor management
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Passion for food quality and hospitality
- Base salary up to $58,000
