A respected hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee back-of-house operations at one of its successful Indianapolis restaurant locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary leader who takes pride in food quality, team development, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Manage all back-of-house operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members
  • Control food cost, labor cost, and inventory
  • Ensure food quality and consistency
  • Maintain health department and food safety standards
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
  • Create a culture of accountability and teamwork
  • Partner with front-of-house leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Kitchen Manager experience
  • Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong food cost and labor management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
