A respected hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee back-of-house operations at one of its successful Indianapolis restaurant locations.

What You'll Do- Manage all back-of-house operations
- Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members
- Control food cost, labor cost, and inventory
- Ensure food quality and consistency
- Maintain health department and food safety standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
- Create a culture of accountability and teamwork
- Partner with front-of-house leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- 2+ years of Kitchen Manager experience
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong food cost and labor management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Up to $58,000 base salary
