THE RIGHT RECIPE
- Leads high-volume service periods ensuring food quality, recipe adherence, and presentation all meet Stella standards.
- Performs line checks with team to ensure food quality; takes a proactive role regarding food safety with local Health Department standards alongside company safeguards; ensures the integrity and upkeep of the facility.
- Manages all BOH team members, investing in your team and making sure you are always prepared.
- Is comfortable communicating in English and Spanish while intent on building a cohesive team
- Adheres to all Stella company policies regarding interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, scheduling, labor costs/management, training and development; plans, assigns, and directs work; conducts performance appraisals; rewards and disciplines employees.
- Partners with others on the leadership team to maximize sales and optimize profits through the management of P&L's, inventory and controllable costs to achieve results.
- Pursues professional and personal growth for both yourself and your key hourly team members.

- For more than 5 years, as a manager, you've been a key ingredient in the success of a full service, high-volume restaurant

- You are caring, self-motivated, and exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence
