- Candidate must have 5 years of experience in a KM role
- Candidate must have experience in inventories, ordering and staff training
- Experience in scratch kitchens is a plus, but not required
- The ability to multi-task and maintain health codes is a must!
- High volume experience is a plus!
- BILINGUAL IS REQUIRED
