We are looking for a reliable, flexible, & positive candidate to join our team! The Server/Bartender Shift Lead plays a crucial role being part of a team within a casual dining brew pub environment. This position requires overseeing shift operations to ensure excellent customer service, efficient team coordination, and smooth bar setup and cash handling throughout the shift. The Shift Lead would be an active server/bartender while also supporting team members and maintaining high standards of service during fixed shifts.
Responsibilities

- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in hospitality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Demonstrated conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
