We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager to help run a High Volume Seafood restaurant in Keyport, N.J., located on the waterfront.
The position is for a part time (seasonal) with the ability to become full time based on the candidate and their performance. We are an extremely high Volume restaurant, with multiple levels and large outside dining areas, with bars, both inside and out. The restaurant is established and is looking for the right person to join our team and continue our history of success, with high standards in food quality, cleanliness and overall execution.
We do not believe in staying open til the early morning hours, our kitchen and dining room closes no later than 11 P.M. on the weekends, and 10:00 on the weekdays. The expectation is mainly PM shifts, with swing shifts, 35 - 40 hours a week Must be available on weekends (preferred 100% open).
Restaurant Management experience is preferred, or supervisor experience with a minimum of 3 years.
