Jobletics Pro is hiring Bartenders in Hartford, CT to join our hospitality team. This role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of bartending experience who enjoy creating drinks, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking reliable candidates who can maintain a clean bar, follow safety standards, and provide a great experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Follow proper alcohol service and safety regulations
- Assist with bar setup and closing duties
- Work efficiently during busy periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
- Knowledge of cocktails, drink recipes, and bar equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
