- Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns professionally
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor efficiency
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality
- Work closely with ownership, GM and kitchen leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Help drive team accountability, performance, and culture
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
