We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead the culinary program for a highly regarded upscale farm-to-table restaurant in the Collegeville, PA area. What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on leadership for all back-of-house culinary operations.
- Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, consistency, presentation, and execution.
- Oversee food cost, labor management, inventory, purchasing, and vendor partnerships.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop kitchen managers and culinary team members.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing kitchen culture built on teamwork and continuous development.
- Ensure excellence in food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and operational compliance.
- Partner with culinary leadership on seasonal menu execution, chef features, and ongoing menu innovation.
- Drive operational efficiency while delivering an exceptional guest experience during both daily service and peak-volume periods.
What We're Looking For
- Five or more years of Executive Chef experience in a polished full-service restaurant.
- Proven success leading high-volume scratch kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
- Solid understanding of food cost management, labor controls, scheduling, and kitchen financial performance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and operational management skills.
- Ability to remain calm, decisive, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion for hospitality, seasonal cuisine, and culinary excellence.
- Demonstrated career stability with a consistent record of leadership success.
