Executive Chef - Public Market & Multi-Concept Kitchen
Location: Quakertown, PA
Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday (Full-Time)

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of 1-4 quick-service restaurant concepts under one roof.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff while fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all food offerings.
- Develop creative seasonal specials and new menu items.
- Ensure food is prepared safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, and waste.
- Maintain compliance with all health department regulations and food safety standards.
- Work closely with ownership to improve operations and enhance the guest experience.
- Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and a hands-on management style.
Qualifications
- Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager experience.
- Experience managing multiple food concepts or high-volume kitchens is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for food quality, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to hospitality.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- ServSafe Certification is a strong plus.
