Now, we're looking for a solid General Manager to join our ranks and bring that same energy. Someone who's ready to take ownership of a high-performing team, drive consistent results, and create a workplace where both employees and guests genuinely want to be.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 40+ staff
- Oversee daily operations and uphold high service standards
- Hire, train, and develop a strong management bench
- Manage food and labor costs, scheduling, and inventory
- Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment
- Foster a culture where fun and professionalism go hand in hand
What You Bring:
- 3+ years as a GM, AGM or KM in full-service, concept
- A proven ability to lead by example and keep teams engaged
- Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L responsibilities
- Great communication skills and a guest-first mindset
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
- We are closed for Christmas and Thanksgiving
