We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! $43,000- $50,000. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Bonus and PTO. Be in the middle of the action on a highly productive team!
Responsibilities:
- Team Member execution and overall performance
- Providing the ultimate experience for our customers
- Ensuring our team is fully staffed and helping the team get better through ongoing training, development and coaching
- Ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met and that all equipment functions properly
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Qualifications:
- Must have a passion for training and developing the team
- Previous 2 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Must have a food handler certificate and an ATC card
