• Ensure a high quality of Service and Guest interaction
• Expedite in Kitchen at peak hours
• Manage on shift staff activities to close of operation
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work with diverse staff and guests

• Previous experience in restaurant service or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
