Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, interacting with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere, managing inventory, and processing payments. Key duties involve mixing beverages accurately, taking orders, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and monitoring patron consumption. Must have excellent communication, customer service, multitasking, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The serving position duties include greeting customers, taking food and drink orders, and delivering them in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.
