Job Description
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kansas City! As a member of our fun and upbeat team, you'll be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. Our team is passionate about BBQ and providing the best service while maintaining a happy culture.
This is a full-time position, requiring 40-45 hours of work per week, and you will never be working past 11:30PM. As the Restaurant Manager, you will supervise and coordinate all culinary activities, oversee guest services and resolve issues, ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation, train and manage kitchen personnel, create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs, and adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
