• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance bartending skills.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid bartending license.
