The Fast Food Restaurant General Manager oversees daily operations at a high-volume location, managing a team of 31-50 employees to deliver excellent customer service and efficient food service. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role involves staff management, inventory and budget control, scheduling, and leading training initiatives. Occasional travel to other locations supports consistent operational standards and growth opportunities including promotion to Area Manager and participation in leadership development programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 31-50 employees to achieve operational goals
- Control inventory levels to optimize costs and reduce waste
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Create and manage employee schedules for optimal coverage
- Conduct staff training and development programs
- Oversee budget management and financial performance
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong team leadership skills
- Proficient in inventory management and budgeting
- Excellent customer service capabilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Conflict resolution skills
