What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day operation of a high-volume restaurant.

What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant leadership experience as a Shift Lead, Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar supervisory role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume quick service restaurant environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction.
- Comfortable addressing performance issues and having difficult conversations when necessary.
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to leading every shift with professionalism.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems before they become bigger issues.
