Aden Senior Living is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher / Utility Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment for our residents.At Aden, we believe dining is more than just a meal-it's an experience. As a Dishwasher / Utility Associate, you'll play an essential role in supporting our culinary team and ensuring our residents receive exceptional service in a clean and sanitary environment.What You'll Do: -Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment. -Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment, ensuring proper water temperatures and chemical levels. -Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards. -Sweep and mop kitchen floors and maintain safe work areas. -Clean food preparation surfaces, refrigerators, worktables, and other kitchen equipment. -Remove trash and recycling and maintain garbage storage areas. -Assist with receiving, unloading, storing, and stocking deliveries. -Support food preparation activities as needed. -Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. -Work collaboratively with team members to provide an exceptional dining experience for residents. -Perform other duties as assigned to support dining operations.What We're Looking For: -Positive attitude and strong work ethic. -Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. -Dependable attendance and punctuality. -Enjoys working with older adults and providing excellent service. -Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and fast-paced work environment. -Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Qualifications: -High School Diploma or GED preferred. -Previous kitchen experience required, preferably in a dishwasher, utility, or food service support role. -Restaurant experience preferred. -Ability to obtain and maintain any required food handling or sanitation certifications. -Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.Why Join Our Team? -Supportive and team-focused work environment -Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents -Competitive pay -Growth opportunities within senior living and hospitality Apply today and become part of the Aden Senior Living team!PI5b97082c4a8b-2904
