Job Title: Hot Chix Manager
Location: Sylvania, OH
Reports To: District Manager
Position Type: Full-Time
Hourly rate: $20 per hour, with eligibility for overtime and based bonuses

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Hot Chix Manager to oversee daily operations at our Sylvania location. Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff.
- Create a positive and motivating work environment with clear performance expectations.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Address employee concerns and foster team collaboration.
2. Exceptional Customer Service:
- Ensure guest satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations.
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor and act on guest reviews to maintain service excellence.
3. Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships efficiently.
4. Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets, including cost controls and revenue goals.
- Optimize costs in alignment with set metrics:
- 30% of revenue to the cost of goods sold.
- 30% of revenue to labor costs.
- 10% of revenue to miscellaneous expenses.
- Monitor sales and profitability, making adjustments as needed.
5. Menu & Food Quality:
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion consistency.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to innovate and update menu offerings.
- Monitor food costs and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
6. Marketing & Promotion:
- Implement in-store marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Partner with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions.
7. Compliance & Licensing:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health codes.
- Manage health department inspections.
8. Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or equivalent experience (preferred).
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges with ease.
- Proficiency in restaurant software and POS systems.
- Must pass criminal background check.
