We're looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy team member to join our crew as an Expo/Cashier, with the opportunity to grow into carving meats and kitchen prep.
This is not an entry-level "stand around" job. You'll be the final set of eyes on every plate that leaves the kitchen, working directly with the pit and kitchen team during fast-paced lunch and dinner rushes.

Thursday-Sunday (with potential for additional prep hours)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the expo line and ensuring all orders are accurate and complete
- Communicating clearly with kitchen staff during busy service
- Handling cashier responsibilities (in-person + online order flow)
- Keeping the front line clean, stocked, and organized at all times
- Learning proper portioning, plating, and eventually meat carving & prep
- RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (no exceptions)
- Strong attention to detail - mistakes cost time and product
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Reliable and punctual - if you're late or call out often, this isn't for you
- Hustler mentality - you move with purpose, not when someone tells you to
- Team player with a positive, no-drama attitude
- Takes pride in their work and wants to get better
- Have worked expo or a busy service line before
- Have interest in BBQ, carving, or kitchen skills
- Want to grow into a more skilled role over time
