Casual Dining Restaurant Kitchen Manager
We are adding an experienced head Kitchen Manager to lead all back-of-house operations for our casual dining restaurant location inside the Atlanta, Georgia Airport.
This role requires a hands-on kitchen leader who can drive standards, manage people, and maintain control of food quality, BOH costs, and safety. The ideal kitchen manager brings strong operational discipline, clear communication, and the ability to lead a kitchen team with confidence and consistency.
Kitchen Manager Compensation:
- Competitive starting salary base: $60-70K (D.O.E)

Kitchen Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years of scratch kitchen leadership experience, leading a high-volume kitchen staff
- Proven ability to oversee daily kitchen operations, prep systems, line execution, and sanitation standards in a scratch kitchen environment
- Strong experience with scheduling, labor management, food cost control, and inventory
- Solid knowledge of food safety, health department compliance, and cleanliness standards
- Ability to lead, train, and hold kitchen staff accountable
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work the line as needed
Kitchen Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in high-volume casual dining or upscale-casual style restaurant concepts
- Track record of improving kitchen consistency, speed, and food quality
- Experience in menu creation and seasonally changing menu
- Strong vendor and ordering management experience
