Kitchen Manager

$58,000-$68,000 per year

We're hiring for a well-established, independently owned hospitality concept in Wayne, PA that has built its reputation on quality, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily back-of-house operations.
- Lead by example in a hands-on kitchen environment.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop the kitchen team.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and organization.
- Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food cost controls.
- Support catering operations and special events as needed.
- Foster a collaborative kitchen culture focused on teamwork, quality, and hospitality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Culinary Manager.
- Experience working in a scratch kitchen.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, scheduling, food cost control, and kitchen operations.
- Experience in cafés, bakeries, brunch concepts, catering, upscale casual restaurants, country clubs, or boutique hospitality is preferred.
