Job Summary
Caribbean Spice Restaurant in Gainesville, FL is looking for one server/waitstaff to join team. We are a 40+ years family owned restaurant located on 1310 Northwest 23rd Avenue Suite C. Serving authentic and delicious Jamaican cuisine with a smile.
We are seeking a Front Counter Server/Crew Member who enjoys interacting with the public and is attentive, punctual, and reliable.
General Accountabilities
Taking orders at POS and plating food
Presenting the menu and helping customers select food
Delivering food to tables occasionally
Delivering a great customer experience
Cleaning FOH and re-stocking supplies
Job Qualifications
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Able to multitask efficiently
Strong organizational skills
Supervisory and server experience a plus
