Cashier/Front of House Staff

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, cleaning and handling food, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their requests.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Handle cash transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Answer questions about the menu and dietary needs
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, lobby, and restrooms to enhance customer experience.
• Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support.
• Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems is an advantage.
• Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
• Supervisory skills to lead and motivate team members when required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
