Job Description: Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Eggs Up Grill is hiring line cooks for our brand-new location, in the Shops of Forest Hill, on Poplar Avenue, in Germantown. We serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch daily from 6am to 2pm. Work with us and be home in time for dinner. Must be a great multitasker, professional, and previous cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred. Our cooks are responsible for creating that unforgettable guest experience through the proper preparation of the best-tasting recipes around! You are responsible for top-notch cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment. Open availability on weekends is mandatory for this position.REQUIREMENTSProven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef/prep cookFamiliarity and fluency in kitchen terminologyExcellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, procedures, and equipmentAccuracy and speed in executing assigned tasksFamiliar with industry best practicesWillingness to pursue ServSafe certification is a plusABOUT THE COMPANY Eggs Up Grill is home to the whole neighborhood and has been serving smiles for more than 25 years.
