An acclaimed fine-dining steakhouse in Denver is seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations and deliver an exceptional culinary experience. We welcome candidates from across the country who are open to relocating to the Denver area.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily BOH operations and service execution
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards
- Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and scheduling
- Develop and mentor culinary team members
- Ensure sanitation and safety compliance
- Collaborate on menu development and seasonal features
Qualifications
- 5+ years of culinary leadership experience
- Background in fine dining, upscale steakhouses, or luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of steak cookery and classic culinary techniques
- Proven success managing costs and leading teams
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality
Compensation & Benefits
